Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma (HND) with proficiency in computer skills and prior sales experience.
Age Range: 25 to 32
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Presentation and Promotion: Effectively present, promote, and sell our products/services to both existing and potential customers, using persuasive arguments.
2. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential customers to ensure their requirements are met.
3. Relationship Management: Establish, cultivate, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
5. Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve customer problems and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
6. Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize results.
8. Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market’s potential, monitor sales trends, and provide status reports.
9. Reporting: Furnish management with comprehensive reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
10. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improve through feedback.
